Call for program suggestions
Submit your ideas for Scientific Sessions 2021.
We’re already planning for Scientific Sessions 2021. And we need your input. Do you have an idea for a session topic? Do you know a potential speaker? Let us know! All submitted ideas will be reviewed by the Committee on Scientific Sessions Program.
EXTENDED deadline for submission is Jan. 4, 2021 5 PM (CST). Click here to submit your suggestions.
If you have any program-related questions, please email us. Important: Please DO NOT email your proposals. If you wish for your idea to be reviewed by the committee, your idea must be entered through the online system using the link in this email or it will not be considered.
Please note that you will not receive follow-up communication regarding your program submission. All program suggestions are thoroughly reviewed and often ideas are merged into one session. The Program Committee strives to ensure a diverse faculty and often makes changes to speaker suggestions so that women, minorities, and international speakers are included. Since the original suggestions are often merged and vetted to great detail, it is not possible to send communication regarding whether or not your suggestion was accepted to the program. Final selections are at the discretion of the Program Committee.
