Two new symposia have been added to Monday's programming
Plan to stay in Chicago through Monday so you don't miss two new events, one focused on obesity and the other on congenital heart disease.
Obesity Summit
8 -10 a.m. | Monday, Nov. 9
Join leading experts for a focused two-hour summit exploring obesity as a critical and modifiable driver of cardiovascular, kidney and metabolic disease. Attendees will gain actionable insights to optimize treatment approaches, enhance patient engagement and improve outcomes across the continuum.
Obesity Summit registration is required in addition to our American Heart Association Scientific Sessions registration.
Congenital Heart Disease Day
8 a.m.-1 p.m. | Monday, Nov. 9
Congenital heart disease (CHD) affects one in 100 births and demands lifelong, coordinated care. This summit highlights how evidence, advocacy and innovation can drive meaningful change in pediatric and congenital heart care.
Through expert-led talks, attendees will learn how to shape policy, advance device development and leverage strategic communication for greater impact. Participants will also gain practical insights into the device development pathway, from concept to market, including FDA regulatory processes. A multidisciplinary panel will explore collaboration strategies that foster innovation while maintaining CME integrity.
This is included in your Scientific Sessions registration. An additional registration is not required.
