Aha25 Journeys

Segmented advertising campaigns are a hot trend in 2025, and available to you at Sessions through attendee “journeys.” Journey through Sessions are targeted specialty publications that help attendees zero in on the programming and exhibitors most relevant to their specialty.

Each Journey features:

  • A full schedule of official and industry programming by specialty
  • A color-coded map of the Science & Technology Hall
  • A list of exhibitors most relevant to the specialty audience
  • Bonus content like lounges, networking opportunities and recommended sessions

Available Journeys for 2025:

  • Core Cardiology — NEW in 2025!
  • Electrophysiology and Arrhythmias
  • Heart Failure and Cardiomyopathies
  • Hypertension and Prevention — NEW in 2025!
  • Interventional Treatments and Cardiac Surgery

A thorough distribution plan ensures Journeys are in the hands of relevant attendees:

  • Display walls with pockets in high-traffic locations hold all the Journeys.
  • Handout staff will distribute, explain and encourage Journey pick-up.
  • Copies are placed in lounges, HeartQuarters and information booths.
  • Each advertiser also has copies for distribution in their booths.
  • Digital access to the Journeys is also available via the Conference Coverage Website, AHA Mobile Meeting Guide App and dedicated emails

Three dedicated pre-meeting emails will also help drive awareness of the Journeys, with the final deployment just before the meeting encouraging on-site pickup and linking directly to the digital versions. Each email will include a “supported by” message, featuring logos and recognition for advertisers. Additional exposure includes mentions in ePreview #2 and #3, Experience Scientific Sessions, and day one of the Daily Newspaper.

Each advertiser’s booth is also spotlighted on the color-coded exhibit hall map within their specialty’s Journey, helping drive targeted traffic from attendees actively seeking relevant solutions.
