Be sure to sign up for the Orangetheory Fitness session during registration.

Join us for a heart-pumping, full body workout designed to challenge you and boost your mood 6:30 a.m. EST, Saturday, Nov. 14. In order to participate in the Orangetheory Fitness session, you must reserve a spot. Once you have registered for the fitness session, you will receive a confirmation email from Orangetheory. 

With guidance from an expert Orangetheory coach, you will target all major muscle groups with agility and cardio-focused work. Our unique Practice, Perfect & Perform format prepares you to master the moves so you can turn up the heat. Sign up when you register for #AHA21.
